Discover an item's value with this budget-minded option.

If you're just curious about the value of a limited number of items and don't need a full report, then our online service is a great choice.

We'll research and provide descriptive information, comparable sales data, and an estimated fair market value.

This option is perfect for your personal knowledge or if you need a starting point for buying and  selling negotiations.

asset inventory services

INVENTORY ONLY

Do you keep assets in a warehouse, storage unit, family cabin, etc.?

For clients who only require an itemized inventory without any assigned values, we can help. We will create a spreadsheet that you can edit and search for your belongings by location, category, intended heir, etc. A photo record is also included.

Having a current inventory of your personal property is a great tool to use for insurance purposes, estate planning, and when moving or downsizing.

Large vinyl record collection? We'll create an online inventory for you through Discogs -- the best way to document your LPs and also monitor the current market value individually or as an entire collection.

CONSIGNMENT SALES

Put some money in your pocket... consign and sell your personal property items!

While we do not buy items from clients, we do occasionally accept personal property for online consignment sales. There are no upfront fees, we only get paid after a confirmed sale.

To uphold USPAP ethical standards and to avoid any conflicts of interest, consignment sales are a stand-alone service.  We do not consign anything that we've appraised within (3) years.

We are paid on commission and both parties equally split any marketplace and/or shipping fees attached to a sale.

With 20+ years of reselling experience, our exposure to a wide variety of personal property means we know how to get the best price for your consigned pieces.

This experience is also our greatest asset when serving our appraisal clients.
