We deliver USPAP compliant appraisal reports that adhere to the ethical standards of our industry and present well-researched values within the appropriate markets.
All intended users of the appraisal can have complete confidence that we only report the facts and are unbiased on the outcome. All clients pay a flat hourly rate — our fees are never contingent upon any assigned values.
Based in the Denver-metro area, we work across the state of Colorado by appointment only for in-person valuations.
